Anonymous Self-Screeners

Anonymous self-screeners help you assess your relationship with alcohol, cannabis and prescription drugs. These tools are designed to provide insight into your behaviors, help you understand potential risks and empower you to make informed decisions about your health.

These anonymous self-screeners are available online and can be accessed at any time. They are completely confidential and designed to be user-friendly so you can complete them at your own pace. After the assessment, you can decide to meet with one of our professional staff or peer educators to discuss your results.
