Nutrition
The Student Wellness Center promotes balanced lifestyles with nutrition and movement education to UT Dallas students. Nutrition in college and everyday living can be confusing and overwhelming for some people. We promote a non-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES).
Our registered dietitian nutritionist offers one-on-one consultations regarding nutrition, movement, body image and many other common misconceptions in diet culture.
Our dietitian nutritionist is also specialized in helping those who struggle with disordered eating or have been diagnosed with an eating disorder. We also provide classroom presentations and large campus events related to nutrition and body image throughout the academic year.
