Peer Health Educators
Peer Health Educators (PHEDs) provide health education programming to their fellow UT Dallas students.
Peer Health Educators are trained to give presentation and develop events covering the following topics:
- Sexual health
- Alcohol and other drugs
- Nutrition
- Stress management
- Bystander intervention
- Sexual misconduct prevention
Peer Health Requirements
- 2 semester commitment
- Sophomore level or higher
- Good communication skills
- Interested in helping fellow students
- Able to commit to 5 hours per week during fall and spring semesters
- Dependable and responsible
